Shoutout to the HS programs/coaches who include stopping for CAMP at small schools as apart of your college tours! We all know the big schools will have 500-700 kids at camp! Nothing wrong with going to a big camp, but also camp where you are TRULY EVALUATED, not just a number!

Omar Cooper Jr.’s career is what college development actually looks like. Year 1: Redshirt 6 offensive snaps Year 2: Rotational WR 222 snaps 18 catches, 267 yards, 2 TDs Year 3: Trusted weapon 466 snaps 28 catches, 594 yards, 7 TDs Year 4: Featured playmaker 764 snaps 69 catches, 937 yards, 13 TDs His snaps increased 3.4x from his R-Fr year to his R-Jr year. His production per snap stayed almost identical. That’s development. It’s not always instant impact. It’s earned responsibility.

Mike Vrabel gave one of the best answers I've heard from an NFL HC when asked about casting a wider net when it comes to diversity in coaching: "Well, the thing for me that's really critical is the diversity of ideas, of backgrounds, of race, allows us to make sure that every one of the 90 players that we have or 91 players that we’ll take to camp doesn't fall through any crack. That if they need something, if they need some extra teaching, if they need something off the field, whoever it is, that one of those players doesn't fall through the cracks. That's really important to me. We want the best coaches and want the best people, but the diversity of ideas, backgrounds, and race is critical because we're getting players from everywhere across the country, and even we'll add an international player as well."

Mike Johnson has denied the request from Rev. Jesse Jackson’s family and Democrats in Congress to allow his body to lie at the U.S. Capitol, saying this honor is reserved for presidents and certain top federal officials. In contrast, Congress previously approved a special resolution allowing conservative activist Charlie Kirk’s body to lie in honor in the Capitol Rotunda, even though he was not a president or federal officeholder. That contrast sends a painful message about whose lives and sacrifices are deemed worthy of our highest public tributes and highest public honors. This is not about protocol, it is about power and disrespect, a deliberate choice to minimize the legacy of a man who bled for this country’s promise of equality. We will not quietly accept this insult to Rev. Jackson, his family, or the movement he helped build.

BREAKING: Trump’s FCC kept this interview of James Talarico and Stephen Colbert off the airwaves. But they couldn’t keep it off the internet. They are scared of losing power. Retweet this interview that Trump doesn’t want you to see.

Baltimore Ravens HC Jesse Minter - Empowering Assistant Coaches to Share Ideas "In my opinion it's the most important thing. NFL & College you might have 10/11 guys in a defensive room. We want to look at things in the same lens, have the same principles but I want everyone to also have their own ideas." "I think as a really good leader, one of the traits is to make everybody feel like they have the ability to share their ideas. I think you make everybody feel important that way, which raises the camaraderie & the morale of the room. And then when you take an idea, then you've got to be willing to give them credit for it and I think that's huge." "I think that's really important to really good culture. Making it about everybody, it's never about you, it's about the group. With group success comes individual success for everybody involved." "For young coaches it's understanding that those moments are great opportunities to learn. Don't be afraid to share an idea, don't be mad when your idea may or may not be taken. Eventually you will get to that point where you get a chance to make the decisions and looking at it like a long term process instead of a quick rise up."

If we had a nickel for every time we made #SCtop10 this year, we’d have 2 nickels. It’s not a lot, but it’s weird that it happened twice 🤷‍♂️ 🐻🏀 #GOBEARS | #BetweenTheBricks
