This roster is stacked for ‘26 and beyond.

I got a bunch of you that follow me that do weightlifting and nutrition, could use some advice here.
Been on this diet for a few months in an effort to get rid of fat… I’m just this week pivoting to working to adding muscle.
I have no problem getting the protein to where I need…my problem is I’m not getting enough fiber, despite the fact that I’m eating broccoli, raspberries etc. I want to keep my calorie count below 1500. I want to keep the protein up around 150 or 160 but I need to get that fiber to 30 g a day and I’m failing.

Maintaining cap flexibility and keeping a top 5 roster for as long as possible is all that matters, and they did that with the in season extensions.
Super Bowl contention, as always, comes down to Bos development much more than day 2 FAs.

Rappaport had a good explanation. Totally dependent on the team doing the physical. The level of risk they found was more than they thought before examining him.

A big part of the chiefs success has come from 5+ years of defensive continuity.

Payton best move was sticking with VJ, Reid’s best move was moving on from Bob Sutton to hire Spags even though Sutton was one of his best friends.
