Per ESPN’s Shams Charania, the Charlotte Hornets are sending Miles Bridges, a 2029 first-round pick and a 2027 second-round pick to the Suns in exchange for Grayson Allen, Royce O’Neale and an unprotected 2033 first-round pick. After moving LaMelo Ball and now Bridges, the Hornets are clearly reshaping the roster around a new era — adding veteran shooting, depth and future draft capital. What move is next for Charlotte?

💥Just this morning, Charlotte mayor, Vi Lyles announced that she will resign from office effective June 30. 🗳️Lyles was first elected mayor in 2017. Only former Mayor Pat McCrory has held the office for longer. She worked for the Charlotte government for 20+ years holding many different positions. 👉In a statement made by Mayor Lyles: “I am very proud of my record as mayor, but I also firmly believe that true leadership includes knowing when it is time to let the next generation of leaders take over.
