This man and his wife bought their house a year ago. Their next door neighbor has dogs . After several months they became frustrated because they said the dogs barked all night. Several neighbors and themselves sent letters of complaint to Animal Control. So, the neighbors with the dogs built a 15 foot fence! 😂 There is no HOA or city ordinance governing the heights of a fence there. They even put the 2 x 4’s on the outside. 😂 Do you think the man is overreacting when he says his family can’t use their sunroom anymore? Or, do you think the owner of the dogs overreacted by building the fence that high? What would you do?

Hello, Subaru Mechanic here! I’ll explain as simply as I can, please don’t take this a condescending. all Subarus have an All Wheel Drive drivetrain. The drivetrain is everything after the engine that is used to turn the wheels. An All Wheel Drive system allows all four wheels to spin under mechanical assistance. Rear wheel drive means only the rear wheels turn under mechanical assistance, front wheel drive means only front wheels move under mechanical assistance. This video depicts only the rear wheels spinning which means that the gears meant to turn all of the wheels are not being allowed to do their job, which will destroy those gears, and other parts of the transfer case like clutches. While this action is considered catastrophic, it is not totalled. Now here’s the bad part about Subaru… the transfer case is part (internallly) of the transmission. Most other brands are external and can be replaced by themselves. Due to the design of the motor, an internal case was needed. So the whole transmission will need to be replaced. All in all… about a $7,500 oooppsie.
