Driving 22 miles round trip in crew cab diesel 1 ton pickup, to a cafe to have a $3.50 cup of coffee and eat an $11.99 plate of eggs and sausage - then complain about how expensive off road diesel is and how you can't make money farming, is peak farmer.

Canada is not just importing Chinese cars to hurt our workers. The real plan is smart: bring in some affordable EVs now so more people can buy electric cars. Then use that to attract companies like BYD to build real factories here in Canada. We want to make Canada a big EV manufacturing country and sell Canadian-made cars to the world. That’s the goal. Working with China on business doesn’t mean we are selling out. It’s just practical. Let’s focus on jobs and the future instead of politics.
