💁Was about time I updated some public repos. Here's my poor-man's cutting-edge game framework in C++ Vulkan & OpenXR. Enough for a polished vertical slice. And written for hoomans with blogpost-grade comment blocks!

Instead of promoting something, here's a fun decade-old PCG R&D personal reel, because I love seeing the before of whatever shadowy super coding design engineering leading lady genius kojumbo etc.

Trump: “We received a 10 point proposal from Iran, and believe it is a workable basis on which to negotiate.” Trump (and I guess the world) are benefiting from the complete dereliction of the media to have reported on this ten point plan. It is weeks old. But I am fine letting Trump pretend it’s brand new and he forced it out of them.

BREAKING: Iranians continue to gather around power plants and bridges, forming human chains as US and Israel are expected to strike Iran's vital civilian infrastructure. Building national power infrastructure takes many years and requires hundreds of billions of dollars.

Must Read: @RnaudBertrand 👇 ✅ Spot-on point from Arnaud : Iran now holds a permanent strategic position through its effective control of the Strait of Hormuz. This provides Tehran with key leverage over Gulf Arab oil exports, strengthens its hand in negotiations, and is reinforced by practical transit arrangements with China, India, Japan, and Turkey. Ironically, it gives Iran a better strategic position than the JCPOA ever did — unrestricted global trade without sanctions and no nuclear concessions required. This is speeding up multipolarity and a regional reordering that favors Iran far more effectively than developing nuclear weapons could. Quite different from the originally intended results of this now Regional Conflict .‼️

While the world focuses on the destruction in Iran, we must not ignore what Israel is doing in Lebanon. 1,461 have been killed. 4,430 have been injured. 1.2 million have been displaced. Israel now occupies 14% of Lebanon. Enough is enough. No more US military aid to Israel.

So between the heroic musicians, prolific shitposters, and ambassadors who navigate American pop culture better than US politicians do—most people probably have a higher opinion of Iran now than when the war started. Meanwhile US leadership acts like unhinged serial killers.

Iranian musician Ali Ghamsari, a composer and Tar player, announced that starting today, he will stay at Damavand power plant responsible for providing half of Tehran’s electricity with his instrument for some time, creating music to help prevent attacks on Iran's infrastructure.

I now think a Chinese Taiwan (HK, Macau), is the brightest (global) future. Were empire food. But Xi is peaceful & culture two-way. Just flee the American century of humiliation. All special economic zones'll be proven better post latestage capitalism. PS: Hasanabi China streams.
Loong of the east@loong_of

For Taiwan, the coming week is of critical importance—a moment that history will surely record. Kuomintang (KMT) Chairwoman Cheng Li-wen is scheduled to visit mainland China from April 7 to April 12. This marks the first visit by a KMT chairperson in a decade (a period during which the geopolitical landscape has shifted dramatically); it is anticipated that CPC General Secretary Xi Jinping will personally receive Cheng Li-wen for a "Xi-Cheng Summit." Analysts view Cheng Li-wen's visit as an opportunity for the KMT—currently facing a host of domestic and international challenges—to turn the tide of the political battleground. If the "peace card" she plays gains traction, it could not only neutralize the "anti-China card" frequently deployed by the Green Camp but also provide an opportunity to appeal to swing voters and secure more favorable policies from the mainland toward Taiwan. Given the reality that the United States no longer possesses the capacity to guarantee Taiwan's security—particularly in light of Trump's mercurial temperament and his penchant for political deal-making—Washington appears to be accelerating both the extraction of arms sales revenue from Taiwan and the transfer of Taiwan's advanced semiconductor manufacturing technology and talent. The timing of Cheng Li-wen's visit to mainland China—occurring just prior to Trump's own visit to Beijing—leaves ample room for speculation and conjecture. Cheng Li-wen's itinerary—proceeding from Nanjing through Jiangsu and Shanghai, and ultimately arriving in Beijing—is also highly symbolic. Nanjing is home to the mausoleum of the KMT's founder, Dr. Sun Yat-sen, and once served as the capital of the Nationalist government. Jiangsu boasts a highly developed private sector economy and is home to a large community of Taiwanese businesspeople and expatriates. Shanghai stands as China's vanguard of openness and its financial hub; finally, Beijing—serving as the most critical and final stop on the tour—will be the focal point for discussions regarding political and peace-related issues. When your opponent is making a mistake, never interrupt him. Continue to advance your own core agenda.

@hasanthehun But remember, the current regime (replacing the (same) regime we tried and failed to arm insurgents and agitators against) is much less radical and can be made a deal with (via the stone-age bombing because they're animals and they love hearing bombs going off around them)

🇺🇸 President Trump with kids on Easter: ‘You know, children, Biden couldn’t do this. He couldn’t sign these. Biden used this thing called the ‘auto pen’, he was unable to sign his name, so he gave his documents to his people and a machine signed it for him. It’s called the auto pen. That’s not very good, right? But Trump doesn’t do that.’

Oh that's right, the only signs, evidence, or blatant self-admissions, are that amerisrael are the only ones doing the terrorisms: x.com/RnaudBertrand/…
Arnaud Bertrand@RnaudBertrand

It's incredible that Trump would admit to this because the "Iran killed peaceful protesters" narrative was pretty much the only moral fig leaf the pro-war camp could still hide behind. In effect he's confirming: "no, I assure you, my war is 100% indefensible. Zero moral basis whatsoever." It's also yet another immensely depressing illustration of the extent to which we're still all manipulated by the media. Which mainstream outlet, globally, questioned the "peaceful protesters" framing? The Iranian government kept saying this wasn't true, but which outlet even entertained the possibility they were telling the truth? Not one, as far as I could see: this was universally dismissed as Iranian propaganda. As is sadly almost always the case, the media just ran the US State Department script: the Iranian "regime" is massacring innocent civilians for wanting "freedom". The ridiculously cartoonish narrative that women just want to show their hair and get killed for that... Except we now have the President of the United States confirming that the protesters were in fact sent "a lot of guns," making them actual US-armed insurgents🤷 Hopefully it finally shames the media into doing the bare minimum, i.e. their actual job: treat Western government claims with the same skepticism they reflexively apply to official enemies. But I'm not holding my breath...
