@MouseyCherie Zinc oxide tape over heel/areas that blister! Prevents getting them in the first place. You can also get gel inserts for shoes but I find they are a bit gimmicky. I don't wear heels though so YMMV 🤔

To my girlies, anyone know any tips or tricks on how to not get blisters (Back of heel, ankles, and/or toes) when wearing heels? Seems like whenever I wear high heels to a special event, at the end of the day, I always end up with blisters. 😭
