@Noble_Draconian @Chadmandudeguy Yeah same, I took zinc and vitamins before hand and I'm not sick at all. I also avoided foods that might have food poisoning like the cold chicken or the salmon lol

@Chadmandudeguy I've been sick the past 2 RDCs, but surprisingly I was able to escape without any conrot this year. I was fully expecting to wake up on Sunday coughing & feeling like absolute garbage. Body & vocal cords are definitely sore though.

Recovery on the sciatica has been bumpy, I almost regressed into extreme pain again this morning, but was able to reverse course. Still not 100% sure if I’ll make it to RDC but I’ll keep on resting.
