@HemmerleinLee I can do that but I don’t have 10 currently. 10 cows is just 10 families buying once per year. The problem is in the time to finish which is when we figured out you can do it with rose veal as long as you don’t intervene - no castration, no separation of calf and mother.

Pricing systems based on estimated ROI in a risky industry just undermines adoption and innovation. Irks me big time.

The point is that restaurants selling booze with a 300% markup can attract 80k a day
Regen/organic farming provides WAY more value in everyway you look at it

Last night I went to a restaurant that was seating around 200 people. 2 covers at dinner + lunch, 7 days. Huge menu, amazing food and liquor. Must be doing 60-80k per day. There must be thousands of restaurants like this in Australia. $25 cocktails $60-$100 steaks + sides I can't think of 1 D2M Regen farm biz that comes close. We will change this

If only 10% was locked up under native veg laws in the name of environment and the value per ha is a nominal $100, that's close to 5bn of ecosystem services each yr. Yeah I try and stay 1 level above that sort of depth in tech. The space in finding interesting applications to merge tech is the most exciting for me. For example CV does that. No one writing the code would ever apply it to egg cracks.

@Oscarthefarmer @GeezaColeman I had a design floating around in my head a few yrs ago. If the weed bot had an internet connection you could take a photo of an unidentified/unsure weed and upload it to amazon turk with a few photos of common weeds in your area. If >3 of 5 identify it then spray.

Question about baby formula:
As far as I can tell the first three ingredients of every baby formula (even the organic high end stuff) is some combination of:
Corn solids, Skim milk (never whole), seed oil (safflower, canola, or safflower).
Is there really not a better option?

I see a lot of ‘looking for work’ ads from people who have ‘stock proof’ dogs. That’s fine. If you take a dog to work on a station you have to accept the fact that it will be treated like any other dog - it gets caught chasing stock, biting kids, killing chooks…🔫
