@DMacWake316 Don’t hate the idea of sitting at 9 because realistically I’m fine with Tate-Bain-Downs and I think the board falls where one is there at 9. That being said, using the 3rd to move up for Tate… I wouldn’t think about that 3rd the rest of the draft.

I would rather trade a 2027 4th to move up a bit from 29 to get Tyson than give up a 2027 3rd to get Bain Which is to say I’m fine seeing what gets to 9 and rolling from there

It 100% caused it and was in large part due to Frank White wanting to raise property tax % and couldn’t with sales tax. If you're hearing "Chiefs are high on left tackle Kadyn Proctor, who's a projected top-15 pick" I can assure you they will not be drafting him. Chiefs, at least with their 1st-round picks, keep things extremely close to the vest. Anything spilling out in March simply isn't real.
