My channel with more than 700,000 subscribers was banned for alleged “spam and scams.” At the same time, the channel only featured original Roblox animation videos created by an entire team. Every video got millions of views. There were no calls to click links, no deception, and no policy violations. But instead of a real review, I only received template responses, and it feels like the fate of the channel is being decided by an AI bot, not by real people. How is it possible to honestly build a channel for years, grow a massive audience, invest time, money, and effort into content and then lose everything in one moment without any clear explanation? And I am not the only one. Many creators who genuinely make original content are suffering because of decisions like this. YouTube @YouTube , why are these situations not being reviewed manually? Why are creators left without answers and without protection? I’m asking major creators and anyone with influence to help bring attention to this situation: @MrBeast @ishowspeedsui and others. Please help us get YouTube to notice this. Today it happened to me, tomorrow it could happen to any creator.

Breach of Contract: The YouTube Partner Program Terms of Service constitute a binding contract between YouTube/Google and participating creators. By accepting my channel into the YPP and establishing a revenue-sharing relationship, YouTube assumed contractual obligations including the obligation to act in good faith, provide adequate notice of violations, and follow its own stated policies and procedures. YouTube's unexplained removal of monetization without identifying the applicable policy of violation constitutes a breach of those contractual obligations. Breach of Implied Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing: Every contract carries an implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing. YouTube's refusal to disclose the specific basis for its demonetization decision while simultaneously preventing me from correcting the alleged issue or mounting a meaningful appeal constitutes a violation of this covenant. A party cannot deprive the other benefit of the contract through deliberate opacity. Violation of the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act (Tenn. Code Ann. § 47-18 101 et seq.): YouTube's conduct including the use of vague and unexplained policy enforcement, the refusal to identify alleged violations, and the unilateral termination of an income generating relationship without due process constitutes an unfair or deceptive act or practice in the conduct of trade or commerce. As a Tennessee consumer and business operator harmed by these practices, I am entitled to seek relief under the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act. I urge other content creators to fight against this pandemic!
