To test it, I loaded an old save from before I purchased them. Made a new save Then reloaded it on both Xbox and PC. Now it loads fine.

@BethesdaSupport I may have found one of the culprits to the saves not loading and crashing to desktop. It's when buying and installing the shielded cargo and scan jammers for some reason it screws up the save and prevents you from reloading it.

As it appears that the passengers of the OceanGate Titan are likely out of oxygen I want to bring up a few important points: 1) Humans are human no matter their wealth. I see a lot of hate towards wealthy people but also a lot less care towards the poor. 2) These people risked their lives for adventure. There is nothing wrong with that. Immigrants risk their lives just to live a normal life, every day yet often are looked down to, however. 3) Every life is as valuable as any other. 4) Hating people because of success is just as bad as hating people because of their lack of success or their differences. 5) Be better
