1 year ago, I started #75Hard, and after the 75 days I kept going! Weighed in at 199 today after a 7 mile run, and now I'm planning to have the most awesomest cheat day ever! Bacon, beer, and 3 different pizzas! Monday will start a new 12 week program to see what more I can do.
