@WinningSystemCo Cover 3 is safe but Palms kills the seams. I’d rather match routes than watch them find the holes in my opinion

@CoachBASmith That’s real. Cover 3 is clean, fast, and easy to rep — especially for younger players. I just think offenses live in the seams now… and that’s where Palms gives you answers without living in true man. Both work — just depends what you’re trying to take away.

Palms is my favorite coverage to teach. Not the easiest… But when it clicks, it’s hard to beat. What’s your favorite coverage to teach? And why?

Most coaches don’t have a real system. Practice is scattered. Game day is chaotic. I build simple tools for: – practice organization – film study – player evaluation – Game Day Systems Over 150 coaches are already inside. Everything is organized in one place. Start here 👇🏻

@RobertMathis98 Drops your center mass low for explosive power, like a coiled spring launch. Dominate blockers with leverage and speed. 3 point stance is fun to watch when 98 was doing it

I have a question… what is the benefit of this crouching 4point stance rushers do now? Correct me if I’m wrong but they seem to pop up out stance vs launching out of racing 3 point. I’m old school and need some insight🫱🏿‍🫲🏽
