Brandon Jennings might be the best guard defender in college basketball and you just saw part of the reason why. Incredible job denying the ball.

"The early mornings, crawling through the mud, 9 new guys, we just built so much chemistry in a short period of time." Terrence Hill Jr. was visibly emotional while catching up with @AJRoss_TV after they won the @Atlantic10 Conference Tournament Championship.

Sports should absolutely be physically and mentally uncomfortable. Adversity should be age appropriate but there absolutely will be adversity. Kids can only become resilient humans by overcoming that discomfort and adversity. Stop trying to protect your kid from discomfort.

Donny Lind’s son is a full go in layup lines. Doesn’t get much cooler than this. Layups. Rebounds. Mid-Range jumpers.

Until coaches understand the kinetic “wave” of energy created by the actions of the legs… poor drill selection will dominate programming. Energy through the body to create acceleration is the sum of the parts doing their very important job in sequence. SpeedInsiders.com

Like many others, been saying it for years. Anyone who discourages your child from playing multiple sports does not have your child’s best interests in mind. Period.

Early specialization is overrated. Generalists excel over time. Data on >34k stars in sports, music, science, and chess: Focusing on a single field predicts a faster rise, but cross-training foreshadows a higher peak. The most successful adults start off as well-rounded kids.
