People won't follow until they know you and what you stand for. 3. Communication - What you say, how you say it, and when you say it. 4. Adaptability - People resist change. Your job is to navigate it with resilience. How you communicate and behave will either inspire adaptation or cause resistance. 5. Development - Great leaders develop more leaders. It means believing in people's potential. 6. Character - The foundation. Integrity, honesty, doing the right thing when it's hard. Leaders with character earn respect because they act in alignment with their values. True leadership isn't about being liked. It's about doing what's right.
