I coach for a genuine love of the game and the kids. The feeling of helping young athletes grow both on and off the field, there is nothing quite like it. I hope to have helped even the smallest bit in their pursuit to achieve their dreams and #BeGreat in their own journeys.

Being over skilled is not a thing. Being under developed is. You can’t go ALL in on skill work and then barely hit the weight room. That goes for MS kids all the way up through college athletes. Don’t step over dollars to pick up Pennies.

For 99% of MS/HS kids. Speed work is simple. Stop running kids in the ground wondering why they’re still slow. Race/time sprints at max speeds and intent. Let athletes rest :60 for every 10 yards. Keep distances 10-40 yards of 4-10 reps (build up over time)

In most cases, the weight room is probably one of, if not the best, cheapest, most accessible, and most overlooked tool you could give a kid to improve their confidence and way they view themselves.

Good food 21. Enjoying coffee in the morning 22. A good night's sleep 23. Clean air to breathe 24. Time to yourself without obligations True wealth is simple daily joys.

These 5 girls had a game last night. These 5 girls hit a lift today. Lifting all off-season to not do anything in season is the typical trend most high school kids do. Don’t be like most HS kids. Why train to get better only to lose your gains ,speed and power once your sports starts. 1-2 sessions a wk is appropriate for in season development! Don’t get worse just because you’re in season!
