@_CoachBarfield A lot of teams around me run this formation. The only difference is the T is in a side car position. See a lot of buck out of this with boot or a some kind of RPO concept tagged on the back end (smoke screen, bubble, or glance). Alsp see a lot of power

Happy Monday Coaches! What are you running out of this look or how are you defending it? The H is sneaky athletic but can also block. Situation: 1st possession coming out the locker room, down by 8, inside run game has been shut down but you have banged a few big outside runs.

Watched a coach who was the OL coach at Alabama years ago talk about this. Great blocking concept!

In-school lifting is one of the biggest game changers out there. Not sure if CFC does it, but making it easier for athletes to lift w/o having to come in at 6 am or stay after to do it allows all athletes to lift w/out excuse. Dramatically increases lifting rates.
