The crypto space is not a get-rich-quick scheme.
If you want to make it here, you need patience, research, and conviction. You need to be able to see something early, study it, believe in it, and give it time.
When I came into crypto in 2022, I was still very new. I saw one of my contacts post about $WKC on WhatsApp status, and instead of just rushing in, I decided to do my own research.
I joined the project’s community group, and honestly, that was where I learned a lot about crypto as a newbie. They were offering value, explaining things, and helping people understand the space better.
At that time, during holidays, I was working as a brand ambassador in Lagos.
Anytime I collected my salary, I would remove ₦1k, ₦2k, ₦3k, convert it to BNB, and keep accumulating it little by little.
It was not big money, but I was consistent.
I had a target in my mind. I knew how much of that token I wanted to hold, and I kept building towards it.
Sometimes, I would also hunt freshly launched tokens and hold because I had started to understand the importance of getting in early.
There were times it looked like nothing was happening. There were times it felt slow. But I held for about 8 months because I had conviction that I made the right decision.
Then one day, I woke up and checked my wallet…
The amount I saw shocked me 😂
I never thought I would use my own eyes to see thousands of dollars from crypto.
That experience taught me something important:
Crypto rewards learning, patience, research, and conviction.
Not panic.
Not rushing.
Not blind hype.
And that is why I always tell newbies: you don’t need millions to start.
You don’t need hundreds or thousands of dollars before you can begin your crypto journey.
You can start with what you have. Learn. Ask questions. Join communities. Understand the project. Accumulate gradually if you believe in it.
For me, $HBADG @Hbadger_token feels like one of those early opportunities.
It is not just a token to me. It is a community-first movement connected to the Cowrie ecosystem, Web3 education, and the bigger vision of real-world asset ownership.
But please, don’t invest blindly.
Do your own research.
Join the community.
Ask questions.
Know the risks.
Build your own conviction.
If you are new to crypto and you have been scared or confused, this is your sign to start learning.
Start small.
Stay consistent.
Think long term.
The Badgers are still early 🦡
