Mr. Melvin Karuhanga, the Chief Executive Officer of Blue City Investments Ltd, was our Chief Guest today as we officially opened the Provincial Annual Youth and Students Convention (PAYSCO 2025) at Mbarara High School, hosted by Bishop Stuart University. He delivered an exceptionally powerful and thought-provoking address that set a strong tone for this year’s PAYSCO. Melvin shared a profound testimony of falling and rising in business, highlighting perseverance, trust, patience, meaningful networks and personal branding as essential pillars for any young person aspiring to grow. His message deeply impacted our youth, and my brother Bishops; Sheldon Mwesigwa and Nathan Ahimbisibwe, and I were equally transformed. I first came to know Melvin through my friend, Dr. Ben Mugasha (BEMUGA), during one of my visits to West Ankole Diocese. Ben spoke of him with great admiration, and indeed, Melvin has proven to be a man of humility, integrity, and clear vision. A respected leader in Uganda’s real estate sector and a devoted born-again Anglican from Ankole Diocese, Melvin has built Blue City Investments Ltd on professionalism, credibility, and trust. With extensive experience in major land transactions and a heart for mentorship, he continues to inspire a new generation to make informed, value-driven investment choices. We are grateful for his presence and for speaking into the lives of our young people from @ChurchofUganda_. May God bless him and continue to expand his influence for the good of our Church and nation.

STEADY PROGRESS AT LUBOWA INTERNATIONAL SPECIALIZED HOSPITAL PROJECT: The PSST @rggoobi today visited International Specialized Hospital of Uganda (ISHU) construction project. On the ground, the project is progressing steadily and construction works are at about 68% complete. Ggoobi while appreciating the progress of the project urged the consultant and the project implementer to speed up the completion of the project so that Ugandans can start benefiting from the specialised medical services.
