Not really. The infamous “bad one” was someone exploiting a glitch in the system to create hundreds of missile ships that destroyed the credibility of that exercise. Wargaming these scenarios always includes a worst case situation so that can be counted on. Nothing of the sort has occurred in reality.

@Skwudz @yawnalert @vir78507 It’s already failed. It’s been in a fail state for decades. The Chinese have begged the Cuba to make reforms and they refuse. They’ve been in a crisis since Soviet subsidies cut off. They’ve been barely hanging on with subsidized oil aid from Venezuela since 1999.
