Zimbabweans were perhaps both unlucky and fortunate. It is unfortunate that President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa @edmnangagwa did not assume leadership in 2004 as anticipated during the Tsholotsho Declaration, and that delay was a missed opportunity that could have accelerated Zimbabwe’s development. Just imagine, had he become President then, Zimbabwe might today rival countries like Singapore. With economic growth of around 6% sustained over time, we could have been among the most developed nations in Africa. Nevertheless, Vision 2030 now stands as our shared hope for a prosperous future. @AfricanHub_ @BarakaZaire @ZANUPF_Official @DrMutambudzi @TendaiChirau @KandishayaTaura @marapira_farai @Jamwanda2 @CdeNgomaNeHosho

Today, I was honoured to commission the Isizinda Cultural Centre in Maphisa, Matabeleland South a space dedicated to preserving and celebrating our rich cultural heritage, identity and values. Preserving our culture is preserving our identity, our pride and our future. When we safeguard our heritage, we empower generations to remain rooted as they grow. In celebrating our diversity, we strengthen our oneness as one united Zimbabwe. This centre will showcase our traditions through authentic architecture, a designed homestead and a performance stage, while promoting arts, tourism and economic development. I reaffirm my commitment to supporting initiatives that empower communities, promote domestic tourism, and nurture our young people through culture and creativity.

We constantly hear noise from various quarters accusing ZANUPF and President E.D. Mnangagwa of breaching the law, yet very few sober and objective minds take the time to examine issues fully before rushing to conclusions. Jesse Majome’s recent ZHRC presser is a clear example. It was not an act of principle - it was a blatant display of procedural indiscipline. A commission operating below the quorum required by law has no authority to present itself as fully empowered or legally competent. That is a clear breach of procedure. Yesterday, His Excellency the President, Dr E.D. Mnangagwa, swore in members of the Zimbabwe Human Rights Commission, restoring the institution to the full complement required for lawful and competent decision-making. Before that, the Commission had too few members and was operating below the threshold prescribed by law. Any attempt to project authority under those conditions was fundamentally defective. Majome should consider herself fortunate that the President is so lenient. In a stricter environment, such a blatant violation of procedure and law could easily have resulted in prosecution. Public institutions are governed by statute, not ego. They cannot run on improvisation, grandstanding or selective respect for legal requirements. What made the presser worse was its arrogance. It reflected a dangerous belief that procedure can be ignored when inconvenient. That conduct deserved condemnation, across Zimbabwe's political divide.

#Zimbabwe #CAB3 In Case You Missed It✅ Dr. Kudakwashe Tagwirei, a member of the ZANU-PF #Harare Provincial Central Committee, said the boreholes being drilled in Budiriro North Constituency under the oversight of Presidential Advisor Dr. P. Tungwarara, represent meaningful progress in expanding access to clean water and driving community development. However, Dr. Tagwirei emphasised that these efforts are only a temporary measure. He noted that with the completion of the Kunzwi Dam and the fact that pipework to households has already been done, running tap water will soon be available across Harare. The initiative has drawn unexpected praise from opposition CCC Party councillors, who have welcomed it as a progressive development. In a notable political shift, some are now calling for President Mnangagwa’s term to be extended until 2030. #EDWORKS#AmendmentBill3🇿🇼 #BILL3BHOO👍🏿 #ED2030BHO unstoppable #Vision2030🐊

📌 At Mutasa District, Hon. Stanley R.T.M. Sakupwanya emphasized that we are fulfilling Resolution Number 1, unanimously agreed upon by all Provinces that we seek to add two years to the tenure of His Excellency, President Dr. E.D. Mnangagwa. He reminded the gathering that this resolution is not just procedural, but a declaration of loyalty to a leader whose visionary guidance continues to inspire unity, discipline, and clarity of purpose across the nation. Hon. Stanley R.T.M Sakupwanya underscored that the preparation for the upcoming public hearings is a defining moment. Endorsing Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3 is more than supporting legislation; it is a tribute to the President’s unwavering commitment to building a strong, united, and prosperous Zimbabwe. He called on the youth to rise to the occasion, to guard Vision 2030 with vigilance, and to ensure that the Party’s resolutions are carried forward with discipline and determination. The message resonated deeply among the young people, who pledged their readiness to stand as the vanguard of progress. Guided by the President’s vision, they march with confidence toward the realization of Vision 2030 and the Zimbabwe we all aspire to see modern, inclusive, and resilient. #WorkingTowardsVision2030 #CAB3 Bhoooooooooo #EDhuchi @ZANUPF19633 @ZanuPFMabvuku @HonSakupwanyaK @StanleySakupwa2 @zanupfbyoinfo @zanupfbyoinfo @ZANUPF_Official @enkudheni @dereckgoto @DumisoJnr22247 @ChinamasaPA @oczmk
