The guy used a buy one get one free through the app. Not all subways are able to do this since most locations have small margins. While other locations make money off of these deals just getting people in the door more frequently. If it shows up on the app they should honor it but get in contact with whoever so their location doesn’t show up in the app

Who’s gentleman went on the Subway app to order some sandwiches. When we arrived at the pick up time, he was surprised to see that his food wasn’t ready and that the workers claim they are not a participating location which doesn’t sound right. If this was true then why were they included as an option on the app, something tells me they didn’t want to or they forgot to make it and now they are making excuses not to serve him for one reason or another. Wouldn’t you just cancel and go to another one, what’s the point of arguing?

This family went out to a restaurant knowing they will complain about anything and everything just for the sake of complaining. It’s not their first rodeo, look at how the son ignores it with his headphones, he wants no part in it. They literally ordered water and complained to the nice server why she didn’t bring them a Sprite. Have you ever helped customers that no matter how nice you were or helpful you were, it was never enough for them, they still always found something to complain about?

These legendary pop tarts might be the worst thing I’ve ever tried. Looks nothing like the package and taste/ smells like play dough. I went for it with a huge bite and had to spit it out.
