Launched new statics. Writing copy with inspiration from Gary Halbert. Early metrics looking solid but CPMs were way too high. Turns out Meta quietly penalises you for before & after photos in ad creative it just throttled delivery and inflated costs (cpms just kept climbing to 150-300+). Scrapping those and rebuilding with clean visuals. New test structure: 4 avatars × 3 statics × 2 primary texts × 2 headlines per creative.

Most brands don’t fail ads their funnel just doesn’t convert the traffic.
Weak hero, poor offers, and no trust in the PDP usually kill results early.
If Day 3 looks flat, it’s likely a conversion issue.

so here is how an ideal first 7 days of testing should look like (can vary based on your niche)
oh & btw this is under the assumption that you know a decent level of DTC, and building a site.
cuz.. if you’re truly a beginner it’s gonna be extremely hard to validate your product within a week.
*sometimes the first 3 days will look like sh*t but if it’s genuinely a product with a lot of potential, then it should look something like the following:
