@deflateeee @k3miffy Untrue. I live in South Carolina. Did I say it was my goto or the best I’ve ever had? No. However, for a “chain” steakhouse the ribs are shockingly good. Plus they’re cheaper than most the steaks there, which is why I got them last time I went and was pleasantly surprised.

I’ve got it!!! The next thing our amazing Japanese friends can discuss besides barbecue, another southern dish! Biscuits and Gravy!!!! I don’t recall a single place that I visited in Japan that offered biscuits and gravy. How about at my Japanese friends have you ever tried biscuits and gravy?
