@DominionEnergy Um, where did my comment say or imply that this work is not difficult or dangerous?? I said to make sure the info on the Outage map is accurate so as not to give customers false hope that crews are working on your neighborhood only to change the status back to not working on it!

@Cpatrickis Hi Caroline, We understand that customers want to know when their power will be restored. Our goal is to provide accurate data based on what we know at any given point in time. We will wait until we have more accurate information on damages before providing an individual ETR.
