A higher salary is a double edged sword. Push too far above market rate and you are at greater risk when layoffs hit (especially in tech). Be ambitious but reasonable, and play the corporate game smartly. Best of luck! #OracleLayoffs

Now that the weather got better, whenever I get some free time I make sure to spend around an hr walking in nature. One of my new hobbies is exploring forest preserves close by, walking the trails and sitting by the water. Nature is regenerative for me.

Lahore Qalandars team were penalized 5 runs for ball tampering in the match against Karachi Kings. The last over target fell from 14 to 9. On-field umpires Shahid Saikat and Faisal Afridi enforced the penalty for changing the condition of the ball.
