My best guess is that they actually placed buy orders before tweeting, trying to enter #Qubic at cheaper price. I suggest the cryptocommunity to ask them for screenshots of their sell orders. Which, I'm pretty sure, they won't be able to provide because they don't look as persons of high morals but rather as those who would suck a dick for money.
