⚠️ two critical details to understand on this process Ionic digital vote. 1: If you vote "no" on Ionics' own form, and "yes" on the slate @elveton101 has brought against Ionic, the board will void the shareholder slate vote. So do not even engage with Ionics portal/vote and only use the golden ticket and vote at:Ionicvote.com 2: If you DON'T vote at all the board will vote on your behalf for their own slate. Which is scummy as all hell. So VOTE.
