Posts like this from big ecom guys are why beginners are stuck ngl Big ecom gurus forget what year 1 actually looks like. 1. Testing in the US is the standard. If it hits there, you scale into other regions after. EU as your main market means VAT eats 20% off the top before you even count cogs. 2. 1 product per day? Some of my tests run 2 weeks at break even before I know it's a winner/if I should cut the product. 3. Fact lol. 4. Also fact. 5. Locking into one niche caps your ceiling. You miss every product outside that lane. Can't imagine solely testing beauty products for dropshipping either, that market is cooked lol 6. True, but realistically you're going to want to treat yourself, which is fine just don't do it to the detriment of your store. 7. Delegating ASAP as a beginner is how you lose money. You can't manage what you don't understand. Take the time to learn every lever first, THEN delegate when something is actually eating time better spent elsewhere. I feel like most gurus don't get this because they are past the point of testing products and trenching. That's why you gotta watch new and niche dropshipping creators when they pop up, like me for example lol

7 lessons I learned from making $5M with dropshipping: 1. Don't start in the USA: test in smaller EU markets first 2. Speed > perfection: test 1 product/day minimum 3. Outwork everyone: most dropshippers are lazy 4. Consistency > quick wins: work 10hrs/day for a year 5. Double down on what works: I only sell health/beauty now 6. Reinvest everything until €100K/month profit 7. Delegate ASAP: build systems and hire fast

Day 4 of scaling to $1M a month in 30 days Will probably do $15k today minimum Using Claude code instead of shopify makes the ui superior, aov is over $120 some customers spending $170 with the cascading upsells. Going to be launching a community on exactly how I’m doing this at the end of the 30 days If you want to be on the wait list comment “million” for the super sauce

If you're getting $2+ CPCs you're gonna waste 2026 My Competitor's CPC: $2.35 My CPC: $0.72 Same niche. Same audience. Same products. The only difference is I'm using an ad structure that EVERYONE is sleeping on — and Meta rewards with insanely cheap clicks. I wrote a full breakdown with everything you need to lock in and crush 2026. Just Like & comment "Send" and I'll DM it. (must be following)

Gemini 3 just dropped yesterday… and if you run ecom, you better lock the f*ck in. I’ve spent the last 5 months testing every major AI model for ecom Claude Sonnet 4.5 GPT-5 DeepSeek R1 Higgsfield All killers. All useful. But Gemini 3? It’s a complete shift in how ecom brands will operate. Here’s what I saw in the first 48 hours: → It identifies winning ad angles in seconds (shit that used to take agencies weeks) → It breaks down competitor funnels with scary accuracy → It rewrites hooks in your brand voice without losing tension → It builds offer variations that actually convert, not generic template trash → It generates new creative concepts faster than you can test them This isn’t “AI that helps.” This is “AI that replaces 3 people on your team without blinking.” I ran it through 150+ creative tests, 12 funnels, and 40+ product angles. The results were insane: 5 new creative concepts that hit above 1.7 ROAS on cold CPC dropped 22% on two of my testing campaigns It found competitor patterns inside Gethookd that I didn’t even see It generated STATIC ads that looked handcrafted — not AI-goo It gave me 20 hooks from one single winning angle (no more blank page syndrome) And here’s the part nobody is ready for: Your competitors who adopt Gemini 3 early will scale faster than you can react. Not because they're smarter… But because their creative volume just multiplied overnight. Ecom is a speed game. If you’re still: launching 3 creatives a week guessing angles manually analyzing competitors spending days writing scripts relying on outdated product research methods …you’re gonna get buried by brands using Gemini to pump out: 50 creatives a week 6–8 new angles every Monday daily funnel audits real-time offer iteration instant competitor teardown This is the “GEM” moment for ecom — the same way Meta’s GEM update punished slow advertisers, Gemini 3 is about to punish slow operators. If you want to stay relevant in 2025 ecom: Start using AI as your creative engine Build systems around it Scale faster than your competitors can blink And if you want the exact Gemini prompts I’m using to generate high-performing angles, hooks, scripts, and PDP upgrades: Connect with me Comment “GEMINI" and I'll send it over.

This might be one of the most powerful way to establish authority in your PDPs. Doctors-approved. For some reason people trust doctors more they trust their instincts… This is is super powerful. Adding a section where a figure of authrotiy talks good things about brand your can double, triple, even quadruple the CVR of your PDP.  Not only that, We have split tested multiple offers. And the one where a doctor recommends the product wins every single time.  P.S I have created a list with Top5 platforms where you can get authority figures such as doctors, dermatologists, etc, etc, say talk things about your product. Comment the word, “AUTHORITY”, and I’ll DM you the list of platforms.
