My client's fix is a story of today: @HeartInternet Help advised how to fix a default account. Now the client can't sign in. No Help unless you sign in. No password reset. Stymied. Can't msg on X without premium a/c. AI future?

@Apple is a smart company, but some of its products are not. Consider #Dictation, which is a poor learner and hard to teach. When I dictate 'counsellor' I have to change it to 'councillor'. Since I must manually correct it, I guess it confirms to itself that it was correct.
