@adrian1evans @lv @balfor Hi if you can go through the correct channels rather than social media we can resolve this issue. We are unable to start a job without a drying certificate, that is our policy and many other companies.

Cant get a response from @LV or @DaleMaint as to why they've stopped work on replacing my kitchen floor @BALFOR can't understand why either. There has been no breach of a damp proof membrane. It was just bitumen adhesive to fix floor tiles back in 1973. #MISUNDERSTANDING
