I have a season ticket, if I’d have been getting individual tickets I’d have had a refund for nearly every train I’ve tried to take for the past month because of cancellations and delays. It’s absolute robbery continuing to take the payment

@WestMidRailway why has the 15:34 from JQ to Worcester been delayed? No information anywhere, didn’t get an alert to say it’s been delayed.
The amount this train has cost in late fees for collecting kids this month is absolutely ridiculous.
