@DanielleBodega Hi Danielle. Passengers are allowed two bags as hand baggage items. Clearly, mistakes have been made when we are working out how many passengers have bags, and if the flight is full, we make a tough decision to request hand baggage to be placed in the hold. Oliver

@British_Airways why do you offer a inclusive cabin bag policy to then have your customers told they have to check it in at the gate as the plane is “full”.Only to then get on the plane to realise that there is space and it wasn’t full at all

Don’t offer a “free” service and then expect guests to suffer. There should be enough cabin space for everyone to have a wheeley bagged stored , or even change your policy so guests can pay a premium, like your rival airlines ?! Stuck at baggage claim now for 20 ++ mins …
