Probably the only unwise thing he ever said … although, let’s be honest, it’s tough to really know exactly what he said, and what’s been simply attributed to his name. Marcus Aurelius was not a communist. This sounds more like Karl Marx. Money isn’t ours? Possessions aren’t ours? Yes, they absolutely are. And they can be passed on to future generations. So, yeah, people do have something to lose. Some of us more than others, but all of us in some way. Even the time that is given to us, is lost with every second that passes. And even though we do not possess our family and friends, when we lose them, we certainly lose something. Marcus Aurelius was a very wise man, perhaps the wisest of all of the ancient Romans, but there are better, smarter, more thoughtful, deeper quotes. I hope not too many walk away from this one believing it, because nothing could be further from the truth. We shouldn’t need to devalue such things in order to be fearless. There’s nothing brave about moving forward with something if you have nothing to lose. Bravery is moving forward with something when you know you have something to lose, but you do it anyway. Big difference.

Oh, boy. 🤦🏻‍♂️ This will probably be a little beyond your attention span again, but it might never let us be worth a read. We are obviously winning the war. Any suggestion out there to the contrary is absurd. But, there is obviously still more work to do. This ain’t Venezuela. And, the situation at the Strait of Hormuz is the most difficult of all, because of its necessity and its proximity … and because of water mines. A lot of people on here yapping, but not a whole lot of people thinking. How do you not imagine that if more foreign vessels are in those waters, then Iran is less likely to attack or lay more mines, for fear of getting the whole world against them? And then, if that’s the case, we can actually control it and control the flow of oil, minimizing your own concern, concerns about the global economy, which you’re correct about. Just because a man isn’t showing you all of his cards doesn’t mean he doesn’t have a good hand … or, at least a good plan, even though he’s not telling you what that plan is, in the middle of a war for goodness sake. And about the nuclear stuff, it is not necessarily dishonesty nor even incompetence to have destroyed a nuclear facility to the extent that you believe it is damaged beyond repair, only to later learn that certain capacities still exist, either there or elsewhere. This stuff isn’t easy. And, regarding the whole idea about nuclear capacity to begin with, the only reason why these people haven’t built a bomb (or maybe they have, but just haven’t been able to use it) was because their former supreme leader who just got killed was adamantly opposed to building one. But he was 86 years old, and maybe he had 5 years to live, or maybe he had only 5 months, but he wasn’t far away from dying, and that moment would have been seized by the military and the leaders below him to announce a weapon. Do you really think that a country of intelligent people and scientists are still having trouble building a nuclear bomb when clown boy over in North Korea has already done it? Now, when you see Iran attacking other countries in the region, when you know that they have funded the biggest terrorist groups in the region, and when you see them trained desperately to control the transportation of oil at the Strait of Hormuz, you know that you know that Saudi Arabia, when you see that they don’t seem to be getting along with the UAE and Qatar either, can you imagine these maniacs in control of the world’s oil, with a nuclear weapon? I agree with you that war is terrible, and I agree that citizens should ever be involved in the foolish actions and incompetence of leaders who can’t get their ish together and make the world an actual better place, but while it is fair to criticize certain things, it is also only right to see things or how they really are. Very, unfortunately, at some point, that had to happen, because bad men inherently do bad things, and those are bad men at the helm there in Iran.

So to summarize. The President says we won the war, are winning the war, will win the war if other countries help but that we also need no help to win the war that we already won. You also can’t call it a war because it is an “operation.” And we are at war to destroy nuclear capabilities that were totally destroyed last year but also to force regime change to an unknown leader who “could be worse.”

That’s right, civilians do not deserve this. But unfortunately, this is what happens when countries are taken over by terrorist organizations who then threaten another country. Nobody wants this except for the terrorists who don’t know how to manage anything and spin every attempt to oust them into a call for more violence against a manufactured enemy, all to retain relevance and power over those very same people who we are mourning the deaths of. Know who the real enemy is, and who got us here. All sides have made terrible judgments and have done so for far too many years, but there is one side who is the true enemy of the people, and that’s the side governing them into oblivion.
Mario Nawfal@MarioNawfal

🇱🇧 Absolutely heartbreaking to see what Lebanon has now lost in this war. The Ministry of Health just reported 1,001 killed and 2,584 injured since it began. What lebanese civilians did to deserve this? It's a rhetorical question, btw, they did NOTHING! Source: Yediot News

Yeah, it says that she’s there to give a report and not just to opine. Grow up and get real. Stop making everything out to be so damn dramatic and conspiratorial. You’re misleading people when you do, and you’re feeding the energy of idiots who think like children and act as if everything is a bigger deal than it is.

Exactly as I said was going to happen. Very few people on here or in the media or in daily life have any idea as to what they’re talking about. Filter out the noise, and get real. Everything is crystal clear when you do. Nearly all of the leaders of the Middle East want the regime in Iran out. Not only does the regime threaten them, but the regime kills Muslims, executing its own people time after time. They are a threat to the region and they are a threat to Islam. America is not the enemy; the regime in Iran is. And, they are proving that now more than ever. Only a fool, or a child would believe that this group of men wasn’t doing everything it possibly could to develop a nuclear weapon. The only reason why they hadn’t yet announced one was because their former supreme leader, who just got killed in the war, was adamant that they do not develop one. Are you the reader really so naïve that you believe a country full of very smart scientists, with allies like Russia and China, can’t figure out how to build a nuclear weapon, but the clown over in North Korea could?? Get real. Of course they could develop a weapon. All this group of men have been waiting for, is for an 86-year-old man to die. There would be nothing else holding them back. If America and Israel had done nothing here, and Khameini had died of natural causes in a year or 3 years or 5, the regime would have immediately announced that they have a nuclear weapon, and then nothing could have ever been done about this regime going forward. Do you really want a regime of maniacal men in the Middle East, who fund terrorist organizations, where so much of the world‘s oil is, to have a nuke? They would have taken over the entire region, and literally nobody could have stopped them, not even America at that point. And don’t think that they wouldn’t have wanted to expand their borders. They have been enemies with Iraq, enemies with Saudi Arabia, enemies with Israel. And it looks like they’re not too fond of the folks over in the UAE and Qatar either. It was just a matter of time. Our leaders on both sides of the aisle have known this, it’s just that one side thought that you could negotiate and pay them off, and the other side knew that you can’t … even though both sides tried. But you can’t negotiate with bad men, because bad men can’t be trusted, because bad men inherently do bad things, and here we are. A nuclear Iran was becoming dangerously close to happening, not because of any timeline of enrichment of uranium, but because the man in charge saying no to a bomb, despite everyone else in his government and military wanting one, was 86 years old and clearly didn’t have much time left. The boy in North Korea can’t do much with his toys, because he has China on one side and South Korea below him, which is basically America, and then he has Japan to the east, which is also basically America. But the gang in Iran, that’s a different story, they could take over the entire region, and at the very least the Strait of Hormuz and make literally any demands they want. Can’t have that, and thankfully, now we won’t have that.
Mario Nawfal@MarioNawfal

🇺🇸🇮🇷 Day 19 of this war, and the most important thing happening is flying under the radar. While everyone watches the missile and nuclear strikes, Israel is running a deadly parallel campaign, taking out the actual men keeping the regime in power. They just killed the 2 top enforcers behind the brutal crackdowns. But here's the real shocker: Iran’s attacks on the Gulf have completely blown up in their face. The same neighbors who used to defend them are now pushing Washington hard to finish the job and destroy Iran’s military for good. In 3 weeks, they turned their last friends into enemies. Massive strategic fail. Source: WarFronts

Today, in Iran, in the middle of a war, the regime executed a 19-year-old national wrestling champion for the crime of joining January protests. 💔 After signaling to the world, including President @realDonaldTrump, that they would halt executions of protesters, the regime has done the exact opposite. Three young protesters, Saleh Mohammadi, Mehdi Ghasemi, and Saeed Davoudi, were hanged in Qom after a sham trial. Reports indicate torture. Forced confessions. No access to chosen lawyers. Closed-door proceedings. No right to appeal. I call on @GlobalAthleteHQ to stand with Iranian athletes who are being silenced, imprisoned, and executed simply for raising their voices. This is not just about sports. This is about human dignity.

There’s nothing ignorant about thinking this is the United States or Canada. The people in the northern part of the United States sound like the people in Canada, and the scenery looks the same as well, you fool. And yes, I’m insulting the behavior of Americans on the golf course, because this happens way too much in America, and perhaps in Canada as well, so let’s include both countries, shall we? Dumbass

I am a Nuclear Engineer. I will be more than happy to challenge @joekent16jan19 about Iran's nuclear capabilities. I know he won't accept, nor will @TuckerCarlson. So anyone who thinks this same position! (Aka, yes Iran was absolutely aiming for a nuclear weapon)
Ounka@OunkaOnX

Tucker: "Was Iran about to get a nuke?" Kent: "No. They've had a religious ruling against it since 2004. We had no intelligence that it was being disobeyed." So the entire war-the thousands dead, the billions spent, the American soldiers buried-was based on nothing. No nukes. No threat. Just a lie sold to justify a war that was always for Israel

Lol. I see someone’s bored and looking to trigger a healthy debate. I’ll oblige … Are you comparing past versions of these cities? Still reeling from that Dodgers World Series win over the Yankees? Have you ever actually spent any real time in LA beyond just a visit? Unlike NYC, LA is definitely not a great place to visit … but it is in many regards a better place to live. NYC has all the potential in the world, but the dirty streets, the crazy people (some are great, some are straight out of a circus), the crime, the weather, the lack of sun even on a cloudless day, the small apartments for the cost of living, and being the only city with a mayor worse than LA’s isn’t helping. LA has the sun year round, stars on the streets and in the sky, a great food scene (NYC wins there for sure), more museums than NYC, better beaches, way better day trips within reach, and although the people aren’t as real as the are in NYC, they’re the most easy on the eye out of any city in America (Miami #2). NYC deserves some love, but it’s kind of in a slump, and right now at least, there are many cities better, LA being one of them. I’ll give you this, though, people dress a lot better in NYC … and can definitely hold a better conversation. It still has its moments. Gotta question the wisdom of that mayoral election, though. Yikes.

Disney has no idea what it’s doing. • Pirates of the Caribbean … amazing at first, then they milked it dry. • Star Wars purchase … brilliant, but they didn’t know what to do with it and still don’t. They don’t understand it, and that’s why they keep failing. They took the single greatest franchise in movie history (at the time), and have made it a joke. I would argue it’s the biggest failure in the history of Hollywood. • Marvel … absolutely their best effort, but even that they’ve managed to have screwed up by oversaturating the market with stories and characters that nobody cares about. They have what comes down two major issues: 1) The writers that they are and have been using recently just aren’t as good as the ones they have used in the past … the art of storytelling seems lost sometimes at Disney; Their executives are disconnected from the fans and from the stories they’re trying to tell, and they’re corny and greedy too … they’re just trying to pump out product rather than remembering that they’re in the business of art, and good art requires not just talent and vision but also emotion and soul. They care more about the bottom line than they do about the art of storytelling, and in the long run, that’s not going to be as profitable. Disney needs to find that Disney magic again, and not just with one franchise but with all of them … and with new creations too. Models they should live by: The original Pirates of the Caribbean, Iron Man, The Avengers, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Seasons 1 and 2 of The Mandalorian.

So…….Questions can’t be asked? We can’t be skeptical about anything, having legitimate questions about what is happening, why and how effective or efficient we’re being? To do such a thing is simply because of TDS? Hegseth never ceases to amaze. Why not just ask the press to wear Pom poms!
America Red Voice 🇺🇸@AmericaRedVoice

SecDef Pete Hegseth stares right at the press and goes scorched earth, spelling out their insanity. I could watch this all day. "You, and I mean specifically YOU, the press, you cheer against Trump so hard, it's in your DNA and in your blood to cheer against Trump, because you want him not to be successful so bad, you have to cheer against the efficacy of these strikes. You have to hope maybe they weren't effective." "Maybe the way the Trump administration is representative isn't true. So let's take half truths, spun information, leaked information, and then spin it, spin it in every way we can to try to cause doubt and manipulate the mind, the public mind, over whether or not our brave pilots were successful." "How many stories have been written about how hard it is to, I don't know, fly a plane for 36 hours? Has MSNBC done that story? Has Fox? Have we done the story how hard that is?" "There are so many aspects of what our brave men and women did that because of the hatred of this press corps are undermined because people are trying to leak and spin that it wasn't successful. It's irresponsible." "You're undermining the success of incredible B-2 pilots and incredible F-35 pilots and incredible refuelers and incredible air defenders who accomplished their mission." "How about we talk about how special America is, that only we have these capabilities? I think it's too much to ask, unfortunately, for the fake news. So we're used to that." Do you firmly support Pete Hegseth on this? A. Huge Yes B. No IF Yes, Give me a THUMBS-UP👍!! MAKE THIS GO VIRAL ON 𝕏. LET’S GO 👏
