What it felt like to hand in my PhD thesis today. This 211 page document is the sum of 4 years worth of work. Needless to say, my thesis fills me with pride (lion pun intended).

I have had great fun today taking fancy droplet photos for my PhD thesis (including the coffee stain effect). I'm not procrastinating... honest.

PhD top tip. Getting fed up of writing your thesis - produce some fancy graphics! This image is one of the computational experiments I have performed throughout my time at @MathsCU, made in POV-Ray #povray. Pretty cool if you ask me! Or... maybe I'm just procrastinating...

I had a great time at this year's #SNSCC2019 presenting my research I perform @MathsCU. Excellent conference indeed! A huge congratulations to my colleague @EmmaAspland who won a best presentation prize. Well deserved for such an excellent talk!

Day #2 of #BAMC2019 finished. Very enjoyable conference so far, and also pleased to see my PhD supervisor talk about some new work we have been doing lately!
