Absence of Apparent Transmission of SARS-CoV-2 from Two Stylists cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/6… Stylists A & B with COVID-19, wearing double-layer cotton masks or surgical masks, did not pass it on to 139 clients, also masked. A probably gave it to B, as they interacted without masks.

I am delighted to announce that I have been presented with an award for my teaching at the @LSEMaths over the past academic year! 😊 It has been fantastic to work with such outstanding students and staff members and I am already greatly looking forward to 2020-21 😊

"You are not working from home; you are at your home during a crisis trying to work." I've heard this twice today. I think it's an important distinction worth emphasising.

“It’s not important what famous people say... My opinion about corona, it's not important." Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp says only “people with knowledge should talk about” the novel coronavirus outbreak.

In a strange twist of fate, it seems the first coronavirus patient to be infected in the UK is from Haslemere -the very place we used for our 2018 citizen science experiment: the BBC Pandemic. Here's a news piece from the time. Bit close to home, huh. telegraph.co.uk/global-health/…

This is still the finest dismantlement of Boris Johnson that I have seen in a very long time. This should be shared every single day until we vote on December 12th. #GE2019
