Maybe you could give me some insight on my ticket? I don’t ever recall seeing anything that said all requirements had to be met by 12 est. if there was then I missed it. But I was actively doing my premium hours and about to hit end stream when all this happened. So I actively had my 5 premium hours for February. But since I hit end stream at approximately 11:02 pm cst (12:02 am est) it counted for March.
