So let me get this straight. Congress can totally delegate extreme, life-changing powers to rogue federal executive agencies like the EPA for 50+ years, but it cannot delegate tariff power to the President? I know the laws governing the two issues are not the same, but the absurd inconsistency is the only thing laymen see.
