Safety/Mechanical Issues: No cash compensation is required, but the airline must still rebook them and provide food/hotels." 1/2

Let’s give it up for @porterairlines for stringing along dozens of passengers en route to St. John’s, NL. Postponing the flight and waiting until 9:25 to cancel. Had they waited until 930, passengers would have been compensated. Now we’re all sleeping in the airport. BRAVO!

@CrewClient92973 There is absolutely nothing you can do. There are no hotels. There is nowhere for any of us to go. No support given. Just a stonewall five minutes before the flight would have been called for crew reasons. Unless you can make a hotel room appear, I think I’ll spare the follow.

4 years ago today, @samboone_85 survived 2 catastrophic strokes. He had to re-learned how to walk, talk & eat. Even now, most don’t see the effort daily life takes for him. But he keeps showing up for our family, friends & work without complaint. I’m so proud of him 💙
