The recount results have confirmed the Election Night results and we fully support Senator Kim Hammer as our nominee for Secretary of State. With the recount now complete, our focus turns to defeating Democrats in November.

Just 5 years ago, Arkansas was Bottom-10 in these rankings. But we have steadily climbed higher and will continue to climb in the years to come. A big reason is the reductions in our income tax rates, which we are about to do again! #arpx #arleg

A child’s education should never be determined by their ZIP code or the size of their parents’ bank account. In Arkansas, no child will ever again be trapped in a failing school or sentenced to a lifetime in poverty.

Arkansas just posted record revenues, beat projections by tens of millions, and is running hundreds of millions in surplus—all while fully funding government. That’s not a crisis. That’s an opportunity. We can cut taxes responsibly and put Arkansas on a Pathway to Zero income tax—with safeguards, triggers, and discipline. Let’s not waste the moment. #arpx @ArkansasHouse @ArkansasSenate edition.arkansasonline.com/article/281801…

While the low 2.28% turnout in Arkansas’ Secretary of State Primary runoff is disappointing, it’s not a problem solved by ramming through the scam of the century: Ranked Choice Voting (RCV). As a former Election Commissioner, I’ve seen enough to know that voter apathy can’t be legislated away with some convoluted ranking system dreamed up and funded by well-funded groups. RCV is a disaster in disguise, a partisan plot to engineer election results. Ballots get thrown out when voters don’t rank every single candidate: over 5% trashed in NYC’s Democrat primary, thousands discarded in Alaska and Maine, and in one California county case, a staggering 53% of ballots didn’t even count toward the final result. Voters get confused, and confidence plummets with tabulation drags on for rounds and rounds, delaying results for weeks. Winners lose, and losers win by design. That’s exactly why Arkansas is leading the way by banning this garbage outright. Real election integrity means simple, transparent, one-person, one-vote elections that actually reflect the will of the people who show up, not some mathematical sleight-of-hand that lets radical leftist groups engineer outcomes, like the Communist Party USA and Democratic Socialists of America. I’m proud of my home state for saying no to the scam. And that’s why the MEGA Act (Make Elections Great Again Act) is so important. The Act explicitly prohibits ranked-choice voting in federal elections and helps ensure every state can protect the vote the right way without the Left’s convoluted schemes undermining us. It’s time for the rest of the country to follow Arkansas’ lead. #ElectionIntegrity

The official in charge of Arkansas’ elections probably was elected Tuesday by a little more than 2.28% of the state’s registered voters. independentarkansas.com/hammer-elected/

A criminal illegal alien killed two Arkansans last week while driving drunk. This is outrageous and it was preventable. There's nothing compassionate about the Democrats' open-border policies that allowed millions of criminal illegal aliens to come to the U.S.

@BryanBKing You were in office for 14 years before I got elected. How much has state spending gone up since YOU were elected? Maybe we wouldn’t spend so much if you didn’t sign into every committee meeting & leave 10 min later to collect per diem.

@ColonelReynolds I’ve never voted to raise a tax. And I have voted to cut over $1.5 Billion in taxes. So you must be referring to someone else.

@BryanBKing @DavidARay It’s funny how they will cut one tax and raise another but then only talk about the tax that they cut. How come they haven’t cut spending

@DavidARay hasn’t cut anything . He has voted to increase spending every year he has been in office . Record spending, record waste , fraud and abuse . He claims to be limited and less government. He is a absolute fraud
David Ray@DavidARay

This is welcome news. #arleg & Gov @SarahHuckabee have made great strides in lowering income taxes, but as other states also lower their rates, we must continue cutting & reforming in order to keep pace & maintain a competitive edge to attract jobs & increase wages. #arpx

The same people who fought to keep the schools closed after the pandemic was over are spending money to take away education freedom and choice in Arkansas. Not only that, their amendment would blow up the state budget, causing immediate tax hikes on virtually every Arkansan.
Nic Horton@nhhorton

🚨CASH FLOW🚨 The far left @NEAToday union is dumping money into our state to end education freedom forever and cement a blank check into our state constitution to fund new, Mamdani-style welfare programs. Their radical proposal would strip education freedom away from nearly 50,000 Arkansas students.

It’s completely reckless that in a time of war, Democrats have shutdown the Dept of Homeland Security. The national press corps would lose their minds if Republicans did this, but we’ve heard shockingly little about it. Not hard to figure out why.
Senate Republicans@SenateGOP

In America today, you could miss your flight because Democrats want to make it harder to stop deporting illegal aliens who commit crimes against Americans. Democrats’ priorities are truly shocking.

We are thankful for Attorney General Tim Griffin and his team for demonstrating a matchless commitment to protecting the integrity of Arkansas elections. The investigation and arrests of eight individuals on voter registration fraud charges make clear that unlawful activity will not be tolerated.
Attorney General Tim Griffin@AGTimGriffin

Eight people in Phillips County recently turned themselves in after agents in my Special Investigations Division obtained warrants for their arrest on felony charges related to a runoff election for the Phillips County Justice of the Peace seat for District 9. Lita Moore Johnson, 62, a teacher at Marvell School District who won the runoff election for the Justice of the Peace seat, was one of the individuals arrested after evidence was submitted that she told multiple voters to illegally change the address on their voter registration so that they could vote for her in the runoff. Johnson was charged with two counts of solicitation to commit perjury, a class D felony. Seven other individuals were charged with perjury, a class C felony, for fraudulently changing their address on an Arkansas Voter Registration Application. Each of them voted in the precinct corresponding with the District 9 Justice of the Peace runoff despite their actual address dictating that they vote elsewhere. They are: •    Mearion Armstrong, 68, retired
•    Cordelia Foster, 60, an elementary teacher at KIPP Public School in Helena
•    Shirley Hicks, 56, a custodian at Barton School District
•    Jasean Smith, 30, a teacher at Central High School in Helena and the pastor of Galilee Church
•    Adam Swopes, 26, a lieutenant with the Arkansas Department of Corrections
•    Rachel Gamble Sykes, 56, Arkansas Crime Information Center coordinator for the Phillips County Sheriff’s Office
•    Jocelyn Washington, 39, who works at the Phillips County Development Center Keeping Arkansas’s elections the most secure in the country requires vigilance and perseverance, and I am pleased to see these individuals held accountable for their actions. tinyurl.com/nbbxv2ct #arnews
