I was under the weather this weekend (and still am somewhat). So I watched Hail Satan? on HBOMax. Spoiler Alert: To maintain the fiction that The Satanic Temple is nonviolent, they have to expel the female main character from their group in the documentary when she gives a fiery anti-sermon calling for Trump to be executed and for Senators to be kidnapped. The people in this anti-religion are clueless. At one point, a “believer” says something like this: “Look, Satan’s a good dude. When God calls for Abraham to sacrifice Isaac, Satan shows up and says ‘Dude, don’t kill your son.’ Just common sense. And then when Jesus goes to fast and pray in the desert for 40 days, Satan shows up to say ‘Dude, you must be hungry and thirsty. Here, eat and drink some stuff.’” You can’t make up how stupid and ill-educated in the most basic points of the Bible these deluded people are. Pray for them. Seriously, pray for them to have the scales removed from their eyes. They’re all socially awkward, misfits, overly tatted out, given over to the reprobate mind, rebelling for the sake of rebelling. Last observation: Lucien Greaves the founder is described by Wikipedia as a mere “social activist.” Wikipedia’s bias laid bare in one of quick example. They paint him as if he’s the kind of guy just calling for a four-day workweek, not someone promoting after-school child Satan Clubs, public nudity, milk baptisms, abortion on demand, and grown men going around dressed like babies with baby masks on — all topics covered in the movie. Here’s one last point about Wikipedia bias and Lucien Greaves — he made antisemitic remarks. But because he’s a figure on the Left, when he was promoting an 1896 reprint of a Social Darwinism book, Wikipedia can bring itself only to say that “Greaves made some remarks construed as antisemitic.” No conservative who engaged in such racism would get such kid-glove treatment. (Nor should they; don’t get me wrong.) But the point is that all sins of the Left and their “social activists” can be forgiven by Wikipedia. The double standard is palpable.
