One week after finishing maintenance and the greens are well on the road to recovery. The height of cut up slightly to 4mm, an application of 3.4.3 and you'd hardly tell we ripped into them. All 55 tonnes of sand went in like a dream. By next week it won't be noticeable.

@VLGCgreens 'All' of the course was in excellent condition today, I can say that as I saw more of it than most competitors 😆 You did need to hit the putts firmly though, so happy to see the comment on the ironing

Height of cut lowered on greens, the rain has slowed them a little but we'll be ironing to get the speed back up. Plenty of green grass and stripes. Very happy with how we coped with the dry period and the instant green up, the tees have had a wetting agent applied this week.
