@DavidSpurgin Curious what the triggering event(s) were to make the offer. Or could it be any time for any reason? One potential hurdle with that approach would be the non offer offerree having enough funds available. Might have to predetermine a payment plan.

Any of you that live in “contested” states need to look up voting history of departed family. A friend in NYC discovered her father that died in 2013 has voted in every election since.... I’m not kidding.

Remember this was a competition. That simple. This is a capatilistic country. No different than if anyone’s child was competing in the Olympics. You would want fare results for your loved one. We are competing at the highest level. Count all legal votes.

@DavidSpurgin @drich82 @jasonmauck1 you must not be a farmer. Beans were trading in the low $8.00 range earlier. $9.00 was a LOT better price. They were forecasted to go below $8.00. sometimes you must take a small loss to not take a LARGE loss and go out of business!
