@j_lew_21 It’s the lubricant as well. Dust is the carrier. Much cleaner than graphite and beneficial to soil as well.
English

@drich82 Thats not your seed lubricant as well is it? If not do you do the same with it?

Bringing our farm into the future of elite seed treatments and bio controls.
A lot of people still talk about biologicals like they’re “coming someday.” They’re already here!
Excited to see BW Defend going to work on our soybeans this season. Time to put it to the test where it matters most.@bw_fusion

@j_lew_21 I put the entire container across the top of the box and go to an empty box. Then to the tender. Covers great.
English

@drich82 Is application on top of a seed box adequate for coverage?

@KellyGarrett75 Oh I will diversify, just has to be flexible enough to spend more time on the farm. Plus my mind wouldn’t let me just farm, I’d be bored to tears.
English

@drich82 We do often hear of the need to diversify to support our farming habit. You’re going the other direction. Obviously your farm must be going well. Good for you. Congratulations. I’m very happy you

Some decisions in life are far harder than you ever expect them to be.
Today was my last official day with BW Fusion.
This wasn’t a decision I expected to make this soon, but being needed on the farm is something I can’t ignore and something I can’t not do.
Walking away from a company and team I love is incredibly difficult. My time at BW Fusion has been the most rewarding chapter of my career. I’m grateful for the people, the friendships, the opportunities, and the chance to be part of something that is truly pushing agriculture forward.
I believe deeply in this company and the people behind it. The future is incredibly bright.
As hard as this transition is, I’m equally excited for what’s ahead. Agriculture has given me everything, and I look forward to continuing to make an impact in this industry in new ways moving forward.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey.

@corn_porkNbeans 30 miles west of Des Moines- we are 25% on corn and 0 on beans. Won’t go until tomorrow at the earliest.
English

When the calendar turns tomorrow the mental block of “it’s still early, it’s still April” will be gone.
No plant today, maybe not tomorrow.
13% planted here. Only beans in so far. The beans that did go in were not great conditions.
We are really only a small pocket in central Iowa, most have seemed to have good progress 45-60 minutes in any direction.
Definitely haven’t missed out on much for GDU’s

@CoachRobBaruth @JoshMesser_Ag Always love the “replant is free camp”. Tractors cost nothing to run, Implements don’t depreciate, a their time or their employees time is free also. 😂😂😂🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
English

@JoshMesser_Ag With the crop insurance new early plant option, quite a few don't care as they will get paid to replant anyway.

@KellyGarrett75 I did an 84 hour a while back. It was planned 72 but the 72 was ending at 7pm. I thought what the hell I’ll be asleep soon so I’ll just go till morning. The first day is tricky. The second day is tough and after that it’s easy. Stay hydrated and busy. Felt amazing afterwards.

After losing my dad to stomach cancer I’m trying to take steps to prevent it. I recently attempted a 72 hour fast to get my body into autophagy. My last meal was Sunday noon. Monday was an ok day. I drank coffee and water and had tea Monday night.
Tuesday was tough. I started adding salt to my coffee. I didn’t feel terrible but was lethargic and unproductive. When I took burgers out to the plant food crew for lunch I was salivating at the smell in my truck! But I persevered.
I chose to end the fast last night at 630. So I made it 54 hours. Grok suggested breaking the fast slowly. I chose 2 ny strips totaling 1.7 ponds. They were glorious! I did not lose any weight. I suppose this is from all of the liquid and added salt. I believe I could make 72 hours or even longer. With spring work ramping up and calving in full swing my activity level was a lot to try and accomplish on an empty stomach.
I feel great today. Has anyone else tried this and what were your results?
