@DefiyantlyFree It was planned WELL in advance. Congress was in session, a couple of objections had been heard, but NOT floored. 2 mins after 2pm, news of the "breach." San Fran Nasty CLOSED the session & they were escorted out. When they reconvened a NEW session and objections weren't allowed.
