@mitsucars we’ve had a horrible experience with Hartford Mitsubishi. 4 check engine lights in past month and still no fix. Won’t even give us a courtesy car despite keeping car for over a week. Horrible service, please help

@NephJC Only managed one full blown ANCA vasculitis during my training so far, but he did well on RTX plus a steroid taper over 3 months #nephjc

T0: How are you currently dosing steroids when you treat ANCA-vasculitis? Have you tried any steroid-sparing strategies for patients who are at very high risk of toxicity? Does your practice differ depending on whether it is a first presentation or a relapse? #nephjc
