I own 4 rental properties. If there's an issue with anything not working properly I have someone out to fix it the next day. As a owner it is your responsibility to make sure everything is up to code and working properly. In 10 years I've only had to evict one person because I do background checks and credit checks. Although a gut feeling will tell you a lot about a future tenant. Impartial in this case both parties are trash.

A woman accidentally snorted 550x doses of LSD, thinking it was cocaine. She vomited for 12 hours. Tripped for 34. But when she woke up... The chronic foot pain she'd had from Lyme Disease for over 20 years? 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗚𝗢𝗡𝗘. So she stops morphine for 5 days. Starts microdosing LSD every 3rd day. 2 years later... Off morphine completely. No withdrawal & no relapse. Researchers called it "a remarkable case of nonfatal high-dose LSD ingestion, with long-term pain relief". Just for reference: The estimated lethal dose of LSD is around 14,000 micrograms. She took 55,000. Nearly four times what researchers estimated could kill you. 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘢𝘭𝘬𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘺. Pain-free.

🔥PSA - friendly reminder on how math works; If I pay $500 for a new Scotty and then trick it out like any of these. Then throw on my $250-$300 customization fee, the total cost to you will not be $500, it will be $750-$800, even if you are a wealthy banker who has 3 private memberships and will “send me dozens of new clients”. Just an fyi, I make about $10/hour on these customizations. lol. I’m retired, not feeding anybody, but I’m not gonna lose money. Business 101

@mazeg_mix You engagement farmers are something else. Everything in there covered in mud but not a single bit of rust or corrosion. All the money happens to be in a bag with no water inside. I have a lot of cash in my safe none of it is a water tight bag because why would it be?

@rushicrypto Exactly why I've never understood the so called millionaires pushing for renting over ownership. I've done the math so many times. Being a lifelong renter makes no sense.

Just realized something that honestly made me stop for a second… $2,000 rent a month. That’s $24,000 a year. Stay there 5 years… that’s $120,000. Gone. No ownership. No asset. Nothing to show for it. Just paid to exist somewhere. That’s actually insane when you really think about it.

The CLARITY Act passed the House 294-134. a16z backed it. Ripple backed it. The White House backed it. The crypto industry spent $149M to make this moment happen. Then Brian Armstrong killed it the night before the Senate vote. Why? Because stablecoin yield restrictions would eat into Coinbase's $1.35B annual stablecoin revenue. One company's P&L just held an entire industry's regulatory future hostage. On March 25, Coinbase formally rejected the bill a second time. The odds of CLARITY Act passage in 2026 now sit at 18%. This isn't leadership. It's self-interest dressed up as principle.

@Tapas1776 I waited a whole year for my first suppressor. My second only took 10 days. How can one take 365 days and the other 10 days? The whole thing is a joke.

God forbid someone breaks into my house — my only real priority is protecting my family. Secondary objective: not permanently destroying my hearing in the process. Guns are stupidly loud indoors. A suppressor drops it to around 120 dB — still loud, but it won’t leave everyone in the house with ringing ears for life. So I decided to buy one. Then I remembered I’m a law-abiding citizen in America. That means I get the pleasure of FBI background checks, a passport-style photo, all ten fingerprints, ATF registration, and a two-month wait for the government to decide if I’m worthy of owning a metal tube. A metal tube. One that’s completely harmless by itself. One that doesn’t even make a gun movie-silence quiet. The whole process is ridiculous. I already legally own the guns. Adding a suppressor shouldn’t turn me into a suspected criminal. Anyone else think this is completely backwards?

@DesireeAmerica4 My wife and I both just bought 300 56 lb pavers today. We loaded them and unloaded, carrying them 50 yards to the backyard. What impressed me was my wife was doing just as much as I did.

A Chick-fil-A employee using a mechanical lift to throw away a single trash bag just sparked a massive culture war. Blue-collar workers filmed it from above, laughing and saying modern men have gotten completely soft. Half the internet agrees, bragging about slinging 50lb boxes into trailers by hand all day. The other half says Chick-fil-A is brilliant. Fast-food trash is incredibly heavy, and this machine saves employees' backs while preventing massive workers' comp lawsuits. Are we becoming a weak society, or is this just smart corporate safety?

The biggest misconception of Christianity is that some how we think we're perfect or better than everyone else. Its the complete opposite. We recognize we're broken and sinful and only Jesus can save us from our sinful nature. Without Jesus we are nothing but with him we are guaranteed a spot it his glorious kingdom.

I'm a Christian who didn't wait til marriage. I'm a Christian who has battled anger. I'm a Christian who has put others down. I'm a Christian who has lied to get their way. I'm a Christian that has chased the wrong things. I'm not a Christian because I "check all the boxes" I'm a Christian because I'm weak & broken and I need Jesus Christ. And by God's Grace, He builds me more into the man He wants me to be daily. If you're not a perfect Christian, this page is for you.

@double8crypto It's true. When my enemies would try to overstep their mark, I would often give them a stark reminder of what would be the result of their actions. You must always offer a "way out" option. Do you wish to proceed?: [Y/N]. ~ Dr. Axius.

The ego of Trump right now is very similar to Caroline from FTX when she gave a $22 floor price for FTT. You're NEVER EVER meant to provide a public deadline or value of any sort. Now in 48 hours, either he escalates and lets his nuts hang [which will be chaos either way], Or he bends the knee and the USA implodes in real time [which will result in chaos yet again]. All he had to do was NOT MENTION a specific time constraint for this. "OPEN IT UP ASAP OR WE MAY ACT ASAP!" You see? Vague. ASAP could mean a week or a month. But 48 hours? It makes me ponder. A Keyboard Warrior of Trump's magnitude understands the art of posting. He knew that Iran would NOT back down. So if anything, he WANTED to escalate and do everything he claims, But also wanted to publicly demonstrate how they offered a "lifeline" beforehand. You don't offer a lifeline unless you're going to RAPE as hard as possible. You also don't warn American citizens to be VERY CAUTIOUS unless you plan to GIGA RAPE and understand that Americans will be seen as Public Enemy Number One right afterwards. I am an expert at Keyboard Warrioring, so it takes one to know one. ~ Dr. Axius.

The Winklevoss twins used their Facebook lawsuit money to buy 1% of all Bitcoin at $120 each In 2013 Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss spent $11 million of their $65 million Facebook settlement on Bitcoin at around $120 per coin That was roughly 1% of all BTC in circulation They became the first publicly known Bitcoin billionaires when BTC hit $10,000 in late 2017 Still holding thousands of Bitcoin Zuckerberg paid them $65 million to go away and they turned it into BILLIONS
