In one weekend my algo showed me how jealousy taints our judgment as people from the same community. Like gay men can’t be accomplished enough to afford a laboracay weekend and a trans girl can’t be good enough to host a pageant.

@blewis1103 Seriously. Hungarian is one of the most difficult languages on the planet for English speakers, there are vowel sounds and consonant clusters that we don't have that are really tough to get right. If they have to use AI for something, this is the kind of thing to use it for.

Adrien Brody did not use AI for his performance in The Brutalist. The post-production team used AI to pitch-correct a couple of lines (one scene in a 3 hour movie) where he spoke Hungarian. We don’t have to keep doing this in 2026.

Is this the first Incel Movie since the term became somewhat well known? Or the first that engages with the subculture, like, thematically? It's weird that something could be so prevalent in Discourse without making much of an appearance in fiction, but I can't think of another.
