Day 25 — #buildinpublic - Refactored dashboard layout & insights view. - Added themed sections - Fixed layout & overflow issues.

Day 24 — #buildinpublic - Added full dashboard with stats, charts & leaderboard - Implemented light + custom theme system using CSS variables - Built settings panel with theme switcher & pricing plans Design and functionality finally coming together.

Day 23 — #buildinpublic - Applied new dark theme across the dashboard - Fixed alignment issues and minor layout bugs - Polished a few rough edges for cleaner visuals Slowly turning chaos into clarity.

Day 22 — #buildinpublic - Added full dashboard UI - Built detailed settings panel - add navigation with 7 main sections Getting closer to a complete experience.

A lot of indie devs have the same problem (me too before): They hate marketing. They don’t know marketing. And they can’t afford marketing. But here’s the truth If you don’t know how to market, your product will never have users. Start simple. Post daily. Pick any platform. Let people see what you’re building.

What do you build first ? - Frontend - Backend I always prefer to build backend first - structure before visuals, because if the foundation isn't solid, the frontend is just a pretty facade.
